Terms of Purchase, Shipping and Returns

Welcome to Island Delite. By continuing to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which together with our privacy policy govern Island Delite’s relationship with you in relation to this website. Please note all credit and/or debit cards are charged at the time of check out to help prevent fraudulent orders. If you are a first time customer and the ship to and bill to address are different (especially for large sum orders) we reserve the right to request you sign a purchase agreement to authorize the order. We support SSL to ensure transmission of your sensitive information so it cannot be intercepted or decoded.  If you submit and we process a fraudulent order we will forward the transaction to the proper authorities in your area, no matter how small the transaction.

All orders will be shipped USPS unless another method is selected. Any order placed after 2 pm will be processed the following business day. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

To cancel orders, please contact customer service directly at (347)-829-7350. No emails will be accepted for order cancellations. A full refund will be issued for merchandise and shipping charges. However if your order has been shipped out, the customer has the option to refuse the package once it arrives. If an order is refused, a refund will be issued only for the merchandise portion of the order once it is returned.


We try to keep the products in our inventory in stock at all times. However, from time to time, due to increased demand, an item you ordered may be out of stock. In these cases we will try to substitute the out of stock item for an item of equal value and quality. If the substituted, item is a different brand, it has been offered for your convenience and not to save us money. You will always have the option of refusing any substitution.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance. We make every effort to select and sell products of the highest quality from manufacturers that apply the most exacting standards to their process. We will accept returns as long as the merchandise is in sellable condition and is in the original unopened manufacturer packaging.  A credit will be issued once we receive unwanted merchandise. If,  customer  receives wrong merchandise ( our mistake, not a substitution) we will reimburse or ship you the correct item at no extra cost. If your order is lost and or damaged, we will send you a new order at no cost. Always  contact customer service to get a return authorization.


Island Delite will deliver to the shipping address that the customer specifies.  However additional charges may apply if the package is redirected, an address is incomplete or a correction is required. Island Delite is not responsible for shipping charges for packages returned due to missing or wrong information.
