SHIPPING:

• Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Perishables: Perishables and bakery goods are usually shipped on Mondays and/or Tuesdays to ensure freshness.
• Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to Post Office boxes or personal mailboxes. Certain products are only shipped via GROUND SERVICE, such as UPS or other transportation services.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may be modified for orders exceeding 20 pounds in weight. Customers will be notified, and approval will be obtained before fulfilling such orders.
• Carrier Selection: We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier selected by the customer during the checkout process.
• International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside the continental USA. Certain products may have restrictions based on state or country regulations.
• Dispute Resolution: Disputes related to website usage, product purchase, or any other agreement shall be settled in courts with jurisdiction in Savanna County, State of Georgia, USA.

RETURN POLICY: 

• Return Window: Items may be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or credit.
• Restocking Fees: A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-food items. Food items are generally not returnable, but if accepted, a 25% fee will also be applied.
• Eligibility: Only canned or certain unopened food items may be considered for return.
• Return Process: To initiate the return process, please email us at: info@adonaidist.com to obtain a “return authorization number.” Returns must include the packing slip with the authorization number.
• Processing Time: After receiving a return, processing may take 1-2 weeks.

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel an order after it has been shipped or refuse delivery, you will be responsible for corresponding shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee. You must return the order to us.
