A. We accept the major credit cards; VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit cards and Google pay. We also accept checks. Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have been verified.
A. You may return an item in its original condition and packaging or container for a refund or credit within 10 days of receiving your order. A 15% restocking fee will apply. Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error. To initiate your return process, please call us to obtain a “return authorization number”. Returns must be accompanied by the packing slip including the authorization number. After a return has been received, it will take 1-2 weeks to process. Return the item via UPS or US Postal Service. Please insure the package to protect yourself in case it gets lost or damaged in transit. Send package to “RETURNS”. If you chose to cancel an order after it has been shipped, or you refuse delivery, you will be charged for the corresponding shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.
The cost of shipping for retail orders is variable based on the weight, distance, speed of the delivery you want to receive and the carrier choice. We are using mainly UPS and USPS as carrier of choice. Surcharges for packaging above 20 Lb. may be applied due to the size, weight or special handling required. We reserve the right to request additional shipping fees to our customer in case of retail purchases that should have been classified wholesale, due to large items quantity, heavy weight or large volume. Our customer service will contact you if we run into such rare situation.
